    30th MayMayflower Walk 2010 »
    Harwich to Manningtree by the Essex Way footpath.A 13.8 mile Charity walk organised by the Rotary Club of Manningtree Stour Valley. THe walk follows the Essex Way from Harwich to Manningtree on well marked and used paths. Can be used by individuals who raise money for a Charity of their chosing. Monies are split 75% (Walkers Charity)/ 25% (Rotary Charity). Now in its eighth year the walk continues to raise many thousands of pounds for charity. Full details available from Mr. D. Moss at 7, New Road, Mistley, Manningtree, Tel. No. 01206-393668. People of all ages accomodated with shorter walks being available from Harwich to Wrabness or Wrabness to Manningtree. The event is sponsored by National Express (East Anglia) who will provide free travel from Manningtree to Harwich or vice versa for those taking part
