In the 1960's Robert Clubb trained with a Colchester accountancy firm. In 1971 he decided that he would commence his own practice. This was initially on a part-time basis, and in partnership with two other accountants.
The level of service provided by Robert in those early years resulted in the rapid expansion of his client base. So much so that, within a short space of time, there was a sufficient volume of work for Robert to expand his part of the practice into a full-time operation. As the two partners had not experienced such growth themselves, Robert, amicably, broke away from them.
Further growth in the practice saw the move to the present Manningtree premises in 1979, initially using only two rooms. Now three floors are occupied and the number of staff at that location has increased to nine. In May 2008 we opened in Hadleigh our second office.
The success of our operations throughout has, undoubtedly, resulted from us providing a professional, competitive and personal service. Unlike many practices, Robert and his staff are dedicated to providing their extensive range of services promptly.
